Services

Sirine Ben Mansour provides marketing analytics consulting, including dashboard implementation, Marketing Mix Modeling, incrementality testing, and related analytics work. The specific scope, deliverables, and timeline for any engagement are agreed on separately with each client before work begins, typically following a discovery call.

Pricing and payment

Pricing shown on this site is indicative and subject to change without notice. Final pricing, payment schedule, and any discounts are confirmed in writing before an engagement starts. Setup fees and monthly retainers are billed as agreed in the individual contract or statement of work.

Client responsibilities

• Providing timely access to the data, accounts, and tools needed to complete the work
• Reviewing and approving deliverables within a reasonable timeframe
• Ensuring any shared data is legally obtained and safe to share

Ownership

Unless otherwise agreed, clients retain ownership of the dashboards, models, and reports built specifically for them once payment is received in full. Underlying methods, templates, and general know-how remain the property of Sirine Ben Mansour and may be reused for other clients.

No guarantee of results

Marketing analytics and modeling are based on the data available and industry-standard methods, but no specific business outcome, revenue increase, or return on ad spend is guaranteed. Recommendations are provided in good faith based on the analysis performed.

Cancellation

Either party may end an ongoing engagement with written notice, as specified in the individual contract. Work completed up to the point of cancellation is billable.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, liability for any claim arising from services provided is limited to the amount paid for the specific engagement in question.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
